Not me selling off shares. Im hoping this is not an intentional manipulation because the buyout is based on current or avg share price. If that is the case VHUB would be selling at an extremely undervalued level. That would not be good for us or the Winthers... I would assume. I cant think of why someone would sell off 1 Mill shares with a buyout less than 2 weeks away. Makes no sense unless there are bad intentions with this transaction.
