After reading the news release, this was a good move for FHBC too. According to the p.r. FHBC is a rising young star in the beverage market, so giving these free shares of their stock to those VGID shareholders increases their exposure in the financial markets. The thing that impressed me the most was the fact that the C.E.O. at FHBC thanked VGID, saying they have received lots of help from VGID in becoming a successful company. With the close relationship these two companies seem to have, a possible merger sometime in the future could be a real possibility here. Just one mans opinion folks. Florida
