CONFUSED
Since you guys are the advice board to others explain to me why people that buy penny stocks and the companies that sell them are not in it to profit but just to play games? Take for instance, PHRX (pharmagen) which is a pharmaceutical company that is doing all the rights things but doesn't want their stock to grow. Isn't this the way they get revenue and profit or am I missing something.
