Yankee2- GEGI board of directors? I just named a few
Earlier this week, Greek Kills named me to the GEGI board. I was truly humbled and honored. Lattuca, and I go way back. We both got screwed hard by Purdon except while he went after the sleaze ball in court, I took action by making sure he couldn't hurt any investors again. How did I do this... You see...
I just changed the company from Nevada and registered it In Florida. I bought a new property over at FantasyLand drive and built the new GEGI skyscraper off of Lattuca Blvd. I started this new company in a van down by the river....but recently we hit the jackpot by landing this huge counter lawsuit for slander form a construction attorney and his bum Illinois buddies who still can't get an electronics business together.
Meanwhile-- here at Lattuca Blvd- as I push the button to the 76th flow overlooking the "WE GOT YOU BACK MIKEY" promenade ....I await for my next appt in the GEGI main offices. I'm deciding on the new VP of Business Development and our new VP of Friggin Awesomeness later today.
I DO HAVE SOME NEWS TO REPORT... Since we all know that when REAL COURT CASES are going on, the attorneys specifically mandate that you don't air out anything to the public or on message boards- I've decided to take every transcript here from the board and submit it to the St. John's county clerk, who has advises me that usage of the court for any false or misleading statements...is prosecutable and punishable up to the limit of the law baby! Boom. So I forwarded Lattuca and his attorney info to the courts, and our new Legal Counsel, Jeffrey Dershowitz, will be filing a motion first thing tomorrow to show cause as it's quite obvious a few things were said the past week publicly about Kate and her daughter that were unsavory at best and warrant a defamation and libelous suit. That being said, there is no chance HIS case is still going on and no chance they can legally go after Kate or GEGI at all. We are talking 7 years ago, about a different company, different owner and a judgment decided already. It's sad one would ever air out another's personal bankruptcy proceedings too- the malice and intent is certainly obvious. I wonder how Lattuca would feel if we air out his criminal offenses (4) and his attorney's record in Illinios.
But forget that...that just legalese. Guess who I just named to be the new GEGI CFO....#2...Derek Jeter...#2. So we got Dempsey, Jeter, Dershowitz.
