WHY FLORIDA you ask? Well according to what I submitted as DD last Friday - in order for PLPL-SA to use the cannabanoids parent with greater ease, it behooves a company to maintain office in the US. Well now, it appears TXTM/PLPL-SA has done just that.

Item X - Facilities.

The Company presently leases executive offices at 2255 Glades Road, Suites 324A and 319A, Boca Raton, Florida under a 12-month contract. We also lease approximately 2,500 square feet of business space located at 9 Palm Street, White River 1240, Mpumalanga, South Africa, which houses administrative and executive management personnel. This space is leased under a five-year term with an option to purchase. Management believes that these facilities are adequate for operations for the coming twelve months.


IMO, this is definitely excellent news for shareholders of TXTM/PLPL-SA. I will put up the DD again from Friday and the weekend which explain why it's important to open offices in America for easier use of patents and process by which to work with the US government as a corporation of America
