Any ideas on an appropriate stop/loss number if there's a chance of significant downside tomorrow? I bought 500 shares at $4.80 and I don't want to see a decline south of $4.00

I originally bought 200 shares at $1.99 on Monday and enjoyed a nice 160% gain but put a stop loss at $4.65 this morning after it soared past $5. I got burned during a meeting the share price jumped to $6+ but then plunged beneath $4.50 and executed my order.
