I mentioned earlier as well dilution has been occurring last couple days. With an 8k and an excellent EXCELLENT pr today, the pps was held down. However, once this dilution stops and nothing is holding SOUM down, it will rocket forward. Sometimes some tickers just require a little patience & balls.
