More DD to follow but I think it will all benefit the new corporate structure of TXTM under PLPL-SA. It appears whatever joint ventures he was working on in December to announce he never did finish for ONCI hence the current share price here. One thought is- that perhaps its because he had intended to do it with TXTM but things took a little more time to develop with that reverse merger.

Now here is how it could affect ONCI -- so you all should let be rooting for TXTM !!!! It appears ONCI might work on a mobile app or communications for the new PATENTED CANNABANOID drug coming out of south Africa....using Phytofare. Hence why I'm so bullish on TXTM, Their filing today just seemed the deal for that one to pennies. Only problem is - BERMAN has put the MJ or MMJ inside an OTC filing yet or the reduction in OS at ONCI.

The thought now is maybe he has leveraged his relationship with the new owners of TXTM to land the deal with the newly created reverse merger PLPL-SA.

My guess here is the structure to buy is TXTM /PLPL-SA. They see, to have THE REVENUES potential as they not only will create the CANNABANOID product...they will also bring that product to market for WORLDWIDE sales and revs.
