Energous Corp. (WATT)

Just started investigating Energous Corp. Making one observation, fwiw. I think charging pads are a non-starter. Gotta wait for the "air" charging tech. Too many people want to have their iPhones in their bed.. the breakfast table.. at the couch, etc.
Can you conveniently use your phone while it's charging on a charging pad?
If not, it would seem much easier to use a tiny lightweight, cheap charger that we all use now rather than move a trendy but expensive pad charger wherever we wanted it and not be able to use it while it's charging anyway. Comments?
