Nice job here all of you guys. I had to pay a 30-40% premium for shares today but I'm still happy I got in right after the land deal came through.

I wasn't trying to shake shares free earlier! Genuine question I had that I think is valid but less so with this new deal now. Thanks Enixenigma for your fair and balanced response, I had a bid in but took it down telling myself I'd wait for the land deal.
