In my opinion, it's possible that Lauzon was asked to resign. Since he took over as ceo, we had no news released and they never got current on filings. I understand he did assist with progress on the r&d front; however, he probably wasn't the right fit for a public company or a start up (mars was private and well established). It is my understanding that Chas and Delisle are still on board. They were able to get this to .30 before, and I believe they can go beyond once they secure funding. Still hopeful.
