The schedule for Medical Cannabis will not be changed until all the necessary regulations have been modified and updated as per the below article.

I think it will officially be announced and made available in April and coincidentally SAHPHRA will replace the MCC as the Medical Regulatory agency in April as well. I am guessing this will be their inaugural announcement probably staged to happen at the same time as this two agencies transition.
