the *volume* last week was a long's pick via bid that took *days* to fill in total
(just under 30000)

the 10000 *volume* filled @ bid (034) yesterday was another long's pick

suspect longs have realized that hitting the elastic UC asks via *decoys* is a fools game
that only aids and abets NON RETAILs' rolling resets ..

as previously noted .. (since there is no rush imo) .. my expectation is that PTOI's *bid* legitimately
advances UP the PPS food chain over the coming weeks .. unless of course current CEO implements
and files some of those material events noted via the 3 2016 Shareholder Updates .. sooner rather than later

i also expect RH will file ... in no particular order .. the following:

RH's form/s updated
blending site leased
RE asset closed
DA 8K'd

as noted elsewhere .. imo for the first time in a very very very long time .. P2O *controls* PTOI .. :)
