There are even less than very few shareholders that actually lost money. Why do you think SEVU didn't pursue any action when they collected the names earlier this year? hmmm.....

There have been other comments on this board that give very practical reasons to blame the shorter/basher/MM coalition for this lawsuit and IMO are hitting the nail on the head.
