Ren Williams put the filings out there to cancel the shares as he is being investigated by the SEC for a few things. One the unautorized shares he dumped on us to gain a profit and to also try and gain control regardelss of who owns the company. Ken is a slick SOB. Only problem with what he did is that he can not justify a few things (salary he took, the shares the sold off, and what he did with the proceeds). He then makes another foolish move by posting those filings (probably a simple error that he still had some logon credentials to submit such documents) REMEMBER he is a network administrator before getting involved with Medican (can verify that on Linked In) so he may of known a way to hack in (just saying). But regardless he is looking to cover his tracks by cancelling his shares so that he is not questioned as to what he did or is going to do with the shares. Just look at how foolish he acts on Twitter...that alone should tell you what we are dealing with. Thank God he is gone.
Even if Ken was CEO, what has he done in 2 years other than hit me up for $75k!!!!
