Bgrass1, they were supposed to spin of the shares of AVDX 3 years ago but had they issued the dividend AVDX stock would have plummeted to sub penny prices , because we were supposed to get X-amount of AVDX per share of ARYC. At that time it would have been like for every 1 share of ARYC you would have gotten like 2 1/2 shares of AVDX. Well when AVDX went public and had a very low float because it was just investors before it went public and that offering came out at .25 a share. I said absolutely no way I'm buying shares of AVDX at .25 a share when I could get almost 2 1/2 shares of it for 1 share of ARYC. Which was trading at about .30 a share? Crazy not to buy more shares of ARYC right??? When AVDX went public it traded right out of the gate for over a dollar a share . Problem was no one wanted AVDX ... Everyone was waiting for the spin off shares of AVDX so they could sell those divi shares on the open market but it never ever happened? No divi to this day? That is not legal at all, ARYC management gave Mr. Scott and investors our supposedly crown jewel of our company and shareholders got...ZIPPO! Talk about a lawsuit that should be going on here it's crazy the ambulance chasing class action lawsuit lawyers aren't buzzing on this board or on the wire is nuts to me ?? But then I said I know why those scumbucket ambulance chasing lawyers aren't here because ARYC doesn't have a pot to piss in! They aren't going to sue for fudicurary duty on the management or the CEO when it's a turnip! How in the world are they not giving us our DIVI... the new company is already spun off? ARYC has the responsibility to pay shareholders there investment of the spin off company... Seriously I took a loss for tax reasons but these folks should be in jail for scamming the public into investing in this scheme of smoke and mirrors and they've done it for years? I still hold 200,000 shares but at a much much higher entry point than most here have ever seen with ADXS ! Scam isn't even close to what's happening here! It's absolutely thievery going on and the continue to run this for there gain surely not yours! You will never get those shares of AVDX because they are going to R/S then they will be whole again and you will be toxicly diluted out of your shares and mind. Criminals for sure they "Don't Care about you!" They have HUGE salaries for a sub penny stock and yet you all are still here investing and hoping that they are doing the right things for you? No they are doing the best thing for them, they won't merge with anyone unless they can make a nice deal and quite frankly I don't see that happening!! Ever! These are not good people they are leading you on probably by twitter because that can't hold them liable for what they tweet... trust me they know where to say what they want you to hear so they don't get liable from the SEC . I'm sure the IRS is still after them ... so many problems I forgot about ARYC never thought they would still be here it's amazing how long a company can stay alive on the OTC Market with Newbies investing with there sub penny pump and dump!
