So they Pre-sold the panels to investors on a 20 year pay back-then tried to wheel and deal them out of their annuity payments by accepting nearly worthless shares in this shell company called Power Clouds.

Seems dang close to a Ponzi scheme does it not?

Sell panels into a Cloud that is never finished while putting out PR's on "Future Projects" including in the USA-that were never even started-unless you count renting an expensive office in Miami.

Oh and don't forget the last Powerpoint from Vince stating they were going to buy up solar parks all over the world and create a 100 million dollar business-lol - based on future funding (dilution) that is.

Been sitting at a 97.99% loss for two years plus now.
