seems cheap but don´t forget the dividend

Payment of dividends 7,391 mil for 9 Months ended Sep 2016 or 3,613 Q3 from Third Quarter Report 2016

so around 11 millions for 2016, saves a lot of money in the next years,
which they need desperatly.

But overall i don`t like this refi
