i dont doubt that it will be the most technologically advanced FAIMS-based instrument in the world. i did read the mda. that doesnt change the fact that it hasnt gone through trials like nanose. not a single one. the most advanced FAIMS based instrument which hasnt gone through a single trial yet and is not even ready in a protoype by now is still years away from going into a commercial product. it is still the most advanced FAIMS based instrument (the leader in its own category if you want but that doesnt mean that its ready to go commercial!!! the fastest snail (FAIMS) is still slow compared to an ant (nanose)) but no match to nanose. you should actually call mgmt and let them confirm that to you. even yost said they are like 5 years away from a device.
