The purchase of this Texas property with most of the remaining cash makes me think otherwise. I think they are going to try to package a drilling deal on this property and then build it up as being some sort of great investment opportunity. Based on production of this field and the surrounding area I would say it isn't.

No other reason to buy it other than to possibly siphon money from the company. Current production there won't even pay the rent, electric and telephone bills. I think they have a plan but I don't think it's a good plan.
