USMJ is too broke to buy back anything

They have toxic deathspiral financing and lots in default already. They are dumping billion of dilutive shares into the share pool. Investors keep finding that they own a smaller and smaller percentage of the company without selling 1 share? Ouch.

Imagine an investor owning say 3% of the market cap in early 2016.

Now they find that they own only around 1/2 of 1% of the company because the company is diluting as fast as they can to destroy shareholder value and line their own pockets.
