Probably they oversold it. They have no more shares. I opened a etrade account specifically for that reason. Glad i did too. Scottrade charges .5% on penny stocks. On top of the 7.70 buy and the higher sell

Etrade is 9.99 buy and sell and nothing in between.
I plan on switching the entire account over soon.
