When they reverse split, they likely will not tell investors.
Companies are not required to, and serial diluting companies often will hide the R/S until FINRA shows the R/S in the daily list.
Investors will find out when they look at the ticker and see it is not trading. They will then notice that the reverse split has locked-up most common investors' shares.

While they are locked-up, massive volume selling will happened due to those that did not have to wait for slow brokers to allow the R/S shares to trade. As the share price tanks, common investors will finally be able to sell, but the share price will have already tanked.
