In my opinion. The Auditing firms see's the current share structure and suggest to Sulja Brothers to avoid any chance of being accussed of doing what I feel might be considered the oposite of Naked Sort selling.. Creatng A Negative Float.. The Auditing firms advises Sulja brothers to sell enough shares to not to own more than the available public float.. That will make the SEC happy..And it could be one of the reason for the selling we have seen over the past 2 weeks.
Then once the float is no longer negative. Then a chain of events could be set in motion to force those who sold Naked Shares last summer to cover those shares at a much hiogher price.
This was just an opinion on my part.. Only a select few Insiders probably really know what is really going on or how this will play out.
I have taken the position that there are some open short positions in this stock and they will need to cover those shares.
I have what they need and I am not willing to sell my shares at current prices.. In fact I added some additional shares to my current position at .079 this a.m. Was happy to get the additional shares.
Hope all have a good and week ahead. FFB Fish
