Today's news still leaves major uncertainty about how the debt is being removed. Without knowing the plans for ALL of the debt - including the .001, we are shooting in the dark.

The story on UBQU can be summed up as follows:

"Great, but what about the debt?". Usually the market doesn't like uncertainty, and that's why we see the price doing what it is doing. IMO, it isn't manipulation.
