Very good news after hours here. Finally the 8k that everyone wanted or was expecting but too impatient to wait for. Aquisition/merger of a company based in the USA with huge ties to government contracts to build the Great Wall of America. Since Western Grade already has once worked on and with Army Corps of Engineers to construct certain portions on such wall in the early 2k teens. Would expect them to get a new government contract now that it has been been signed into executive order for the wall to be built.
The revs are very very good. Sure they have shown "losses" and have liabilities. This was not a public company with shares or a reverse merger aquisition. This was a company who like any American or corporation would try to do, not owe taxes or show huge profits. Western Grade has been in business since early 2000? I believe 16 years in business and yet can still operate with creditors such as Ally and Caterpillar?
Then we get a 13g filing that is NOT connected with any type of financing or toxic lending, at least not as of yet. We got, what appears to be, a corporation that simply has accumulated 80M shares of common stock that represents 7% of the company.
So a large investment made without any negative intangibles to it. Seems to me that there is a very good chance the 80M purchased on open market may have some good intel to the inner workings of what's to come.
80M represents 7%.....no voting rights....no toxic financing?
Very good indeed. I would expect to hear lots of good things in the next few weeks. Possibilities of Malta Deal struck to import USDA beef and government contracts to build the Mexico America wall.
