There was no quotemedia "IPO." Its nonsense.

Just like false claims of manipulation.

Other nonsense being posted about QMCI include false claims of dilution, when the SEC documentation clearly shows there hasn't been any in years and ridiculous claims that quotemedia somehow has a history of being late on filings.

It doesn't matter to me if someone is knowingly posting false information, or is just ignorant of the facts.

I am just very aware that people who engage in posting nonsense tend to miss opportunities for nice gains.

But hey, everyone needs a hobby.
