BL was the fall guy

McGann told us that it was BL's job to work every day at trying to fix the cap structure. If McGann knew that Bolduc got canned for trying to do same that was probably just a lie to give shareholders a false sense of optimism.

It will be very interesting to discover who was selling into the rally that started after the 3/31/16 announcement of the loan extension that never went into effect. It's also inexcusable that McGann hid the fact that the company was in default for 3 months while the sp doubled based on anticipation that the company would soon be sold, fueled by his conveniently timed victory lap comment.
