Wise, if Nova can pull it off, it sounds like they're getting rid of a financial thorn in their side...
They own 100% of Kadfield Inc.
This, from the 10Q

The Company has experienced recurring losses from operations and as of
March 31, 2003 had a working capital deficit of $629,990 ($917,540 at
December 31, 2002) and a net capital deficiency of $1,226,622
($2,128,732 at December 31, 2002). In addition Kadfield is in default
on various long-term obligations.

Also, it might be worthwhile to look at the Pinksheet company which might be taking on this Kadfield Inc.....TRFG
