I have talked to the Ontario Securities Commission which is where I reside and they referred me to the BC Sec. I spoke with them too and they need to file documents. Apparently this cto started in B.C., and I was still able to buy in Ontario, but laws were changed that if there is a cto in one province, it affects all of Canada. I have also phoned and emailed USMJ to no avail.
