Briscoe's explanation of his interest in the oil prospect is entirely credible to me. His cautious approach to investigating is the only way to begin. Good chance that the investigation will show that it's not a place for LBSR. If so, nothing lost but a little time, perhaps compensated by exposure to new tools for exploration possibly applicable to metals.
