This company has been effectively bankrupt for the last several years. It has a history of fraud. Its main asset (processor #3) has been dead in the water for years. The other two are only good for parts. It has repeatedly misrepresented its progress to market and there always some sort of MOU that's going to be executed any day now. (I've lost count how many years that's been going on.) A market price of $3.50? Pffft. Get real. Try 0.0003 would be more like it. No assets. No employees. No income. No product. Just a bucket of wishful thinking. This is going nowhere -- except maybe to get sold as a shell.
