The director of the agency was ruthless and was observed to deliberately go into the room where the client was crying just to yell at her to stop crying and remind her that she and her family were being a victim. Very unprofessional and you could hear her throughout the office. Literally makes you feel like you have to walk on egg shells and at any moment they can fire you.
