Typically, once all filings are completed it takes a few days for OTC markets to remove the stop sign. I think we are just waiting on an opinion letter from the lawyer. (It may already be in there) and then waiting on them to update. I'm sure we will see that around the same time we see the definitive close date of the mergers. But that's just my opinion.
