Ken is the CEO.... not the PPS. All Ken can do is release the news and material events as they happen. He has 0 control over how it trades. Are you new to trading because it sounds like you don't have a complete grasp on how the OTC and trading works. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about how the OTC and trading works via private channels. But this is not the proper place for this type of thing.
