As an FYI. In the unlikely event the committee rules against Mnuchin tonight, it is not necessarily over. The full Senate can still take up a vote and overrule confirming Mnuchin. The Senate views the committee vote as a recommendation. So, no reason to panic if things don't work out to our liking tonight.

The guy we really need to get confirmed IMO is Senator Jeff Sessions for DOJ. He will be the catalyst in complying with Judge Sweeney's order and subsequent unsealing privileged docs, once the writ of mandamus is resolved in our favor.

Yeah, Mnuchin confirmation may see us move little higher to the 5's.
