I said "penultimate article" of Russ Fisher.

Penultimate comes from the latin, "paene" which means "almost"
and "ultima" which means last or "final". Hence, paene ultima
(like, paene insula, or peninsula, "almost island").

I think Russ Fisher died (or had a major stroke) and doesn't write anymore.
I view this penultimate article of his to be prescient, unlike the useless rubbish I read in MF.
