That is dated in q3 dated prior to control/disposition of what Newbauer disposition of his shares. Read it carefully 0 AMOUNT OF SECURITIES BENEFICIALLY OWNED FOLLOWING REPORTED TRANSACTION. He most likely converted and dumped them earlier in the year, hence the jump in OS in q1-3.... Why are you always looking for that negative needle in the haystack here? I provided the most up to date finacials (supplemental filing) that shows he has 0 shares. Can you read the filing and email. I dont know what more PROOF you need. Geez.

Its also on otcmarkets.com. Those that keep bring up Newbauer are preying on stealing your shares. Do not listen to them. There is new management in the PAO GROUP in NWAV. They recently filed for a name/symbol change with FINRA and we are waiting on that transaction to take place.
