yes. they used a clean shell, NetProfitsTen, to further the S1

The people behind the public listing were no doubt involved in promoting WM as best they could so they could sell out at a profit as quickly as could. Roughly 140m shares were distributed amongst those involved. At that early stage of WM no one ever saw the company failing there was just so much interest pump or no pump.. Those 140m must have been sold at an average of around .25c or so.. Thirdly, Net Profits Ten really has absolutely nothing to do with WM at all. Net profits ten was a super clean shell company taken over in a reverse merger process, it's far cheaper to do this than other options..
