FALSE POST. The SHOM PR is 100% correct in the translation AND spelling.
I've downloaded an app for Chinese translation and copy and pasted the name Professor Liew Choong Chin in actual Chinese from this site..

In actual Chinese to English it is Professor Liu Zhongzheng.
