The increase in A/S was required to cover the existing notes and premiums. Unfortunately they can't hold on to a single deal or partnership they enter into so there is no cash, everyone walks away at some point, obviously something is wrong. I fear we are on the way to market saturation and "no bid." My advice to you on this one ---- RUN AWAY FAST, DON'T LOOK BACK.
