IMO it doesnt matter that the SS may be around 4 billion, there will be an influx in investors and institutions coming here soon, to the point the current SS/ Float will get locked up. Buy your shares and hold, dont sell or give into the MM manipulation that is bound to take place and steal your shares. This stock is never going to see subpenny again in the near future...
