The SEC lawyer I consulted with, who is still active, told me that the forward-looking statement does not give a company carte blanche to make any claims they wish. There are lines that can be crossed and she states that the claims made by Seymour, particularly the ones where he has stated that they have already created several drugs and that they can be produced in a matter of weeks, certainly may cross that line.

Seymour has made the most remarkable claims about what NNVC can do and is doing. By your definition, they can say whatever they want. I've asked you several times what would NNVC have to say to make their claims fraudulent? You have never answered me. I can only assume you believe they do have carte blanche to make any claim they want, no matter how fantastical, incorrect and deceptive.

I do agree with you about the SEC investigating NNVC and other legal claims made against the company. The chances are remote unless some big players get involved and decide to take action.

The losses on my long positions were minimal, so I personally have no intention on seeking legal action.

But just because the SEC doesn't get involved nor any other legal action is taken against NNVC, does not necessarily mean what they are doing is not fraudulent or that this joke of a company is not a scam.
