Beats me. The first hopeless helper let me ask a question. Then she attempted to answer what I didn't ask. I asked again. And got another useless answer. Gave up. Tried again later, wanted to send them an email since I am mostly deaf and hate to talk on the phone. Gave them all the info, asked the question and was told that to talk to them I had to use the phone. With "email" boldly listed. Phoned and got Mr Hopeless. Gave up. But gladly gave answers to the questionaire after. And rated them as hopeless. Which they are. I may take a hammer and my new phone back to the salesman who sold it to me, lay the phone on the floor and hammer it and walk away. Can I afford to do that? Yes, I can. And I might.
