I am and deal is set to close March 2017, expect him to gather Cash to close the deal, I don't see it coming out Cannabix and I don't see it coming from BreathTec but Patriot he has plenty of shares and its Trading over $60M couple weeks ago,

Here's where it will come from and again, it's not Cannabix or BreathTec that will get hurt when he gathers the Cash needed in March, I would even say that the Cash needed isn't as much as he has in Patriot shares and plenty to pay DNI deal and probably will be Plenty of it to flow to Cannabix shares and BreathTec shares, expect both to be bought-up with excess Cash around PITTCON time, here's from Pattiot Finincial Statement, remember it just hit $1.5 PAT and $1.32 PTOTF, here's was his cost for his Patriot deal

CAPITAL STOCK

And it still trading above $1.14 USA side - To me expect Cash to come from here and be used for what-ever - Couple House's - DNI - Cannabix buy back - BreathTec buy back - Even new deals as he finds them

All just my guess about what's happening
