Again, that is very speculative and not the views of the company. Jay Monroe, during the conference call on Jan. 6th said the roll out of this new TD-LTE would be done sooner than later. He then went one step further and said it would be less than a year, and would only cost about 60,000-90,000 to complete the ground work required to make this feasible.
