First of all if you look at this chart and add up the volume you will see that 60M shares traded in total in the entire month of December and the pps stayed in a range of .0009 to .0013 for the most part. Next look at the volume in January so far about 55M and the pps range went from .0008 to .0029.

The 50M shares are not a big deal and we do not know exactly when they were added or if restricted. Infact, many thought the OS was much higher now. I find it quite refreshing its only 655M OS and a smaller float. To there is no obvious dilution cause stocks dont go from .0008 to .0029 on low volume. The OS is 655M and float (around 400M) is obviously smaller with a minimum of about 210M restricted and could be 260M restricted now. We just dont know, nor will it effect the trading of the stock. Just a point a reference, there are many mj or runners with os and floats in the billions and go to multiply pennies and higher.

Outstanding Shares

Not to be confused with authorized shares, outstanding shares refer to the number of stocks that a company actually has issued. This number represents all the shares that can be bought and sold by the public, as well as all the restricted shares that require special permission before being transacted. As we already explained, shares that can be freely bought and sold by public investors are called the float. This value changes depending on whether the company wishes to repurchase shares from the market or sell out more of its authorized shares from within its treasury.
