Wow, this is EZer than I thought ---- all you need to do is initiate a "ticket" number with original message. Once ticket number is established ---- only need reference that number in each subsequent content. We now have THREE active case numbers ----- and we'll add as we go ---- if I miss anything really "over the top" --- shoot it to me via PM.
