Emergent Capital Announces Plans to Voluntarily Delist from NYSE and Trade its Shares on the OTC Marketplace.

Its a desperate move towards cost savings...it's expensive to list on a major exchange. The good news is it plugs one of the holes in the dam...the bad news is it's a relatively small hole as compared to the myriad of other much larger holes they can't plug.

Financial reporting will halt to a bare minimum.
