After being overwhelmed with the complexity of VDI solutions offered by Citrix, Microsoft, and VMWare, I attended a session at the TCEA SysAdmin and Technical Support Conference and listened to David Harmon of HVE explain how HVE can make VDI simple and cost effective. I came back to my technology director and we contacted HVE to gather more information. They scheduled a demo to show us how they provide scalable VDI solutions and even offered to setup a machine to run as a proof-of-concept so we could get hands-on experience before committing a ton of resources. We love everything about the product and the service was great also. HVE took the time to explain anything we had questions about and they listed to our concerns as we proceeded through the proof-of-concept stages and into production. They continue to offer great customer service even after the sale. HVE also offers a great product in the Solid State SAN storage and we added 10TB to our existing VMWare server virtualization configuration.
